Hands on Health Inc. and Wellness was founded in 1996, and began in Lemmon South Dakota. Originally, the company serviced patients for physical therapy, however as the company expanded and grew, so did the services. Hands on Health Inc. currently provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to Central and Western South Dakota.
